RHP Josh Collmenter started Tuesday in San Francisco and is expected to take the final turn in that rotation spot Sunday. ... RHP Trevor Cahill has induced 22 groundball double plays this season after getting two more on Monday, running his total to 23, third in the league with one scheduled start remaining.
